Designed an AI-assisted production workflow using Make and Claude to turn instructional storyboards into Canvas-ready pages, supporting faster course production and more consistent reviews.
Led the operational rollout of an AI learning assistant across Canvas LMS programmes and career development courses, working across vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, testing, launch, and ongoing support.
I'm Aida Carlon — a Learning Experience Designer and Learning Technologist with over six years in digital learning. I've worked across EdTech, start-ups, international organisations, and higher education, combining instructional design, learning technology, multimedia production, and AI-assisted workflows.
My recent work sits at the intersection of learning operations and AI: building Canvas LMS programmes, rolling out AI tools, and designing AI-assisted production workflows. Alongside this, I consult on instructional design for international organisations, including WIPO Academy.
I'm Australian, based in Italy, working fully remote with teams across time zones.
