I design, build, and operationalise digital learning — from instructional design and course production to AI-assisted workflows and learning-technology rollouts.
From storyboard to finished course — I take learning content from concept to live module using LMS platforms and authoring tools, and AI-assisted production methods where they add value.
Designing and building workflows that use AI and automation to make learning production faster and more consistent — without losing the human judgment that quality depends on.
Rolling out and operationalising learning technologies — configuration, vendor coordination, deployment, and the internal enablement that makes adoption stick.

Designed and built a multi-module blended eLearning course on gender mainstreaming in intellectual property, including self-paced modules, Zoom sessions, multimedia assets, and assessments. Applied UbD, SAM, UDL, and WCAG 2.1 AA.

Designed an AI-assisted production workflow using Make and Claude to turn instructional storyboards into Canvas-ready pages, supporting faster course production and more consistent reviews.

Led the operational rollout of an AI learning assistant across Canvas LMS programmes and career development courses, working across vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, testing, launch, and ongoing support.
I'm Aida Carlon — a Learning Experience Designer and Learning Technologist with over six years in digital learning. I've worked across EdTech, start-ups, international organisations, and higher education, combining instructional design, learning technology, multimedia production, and AI-assisted workflows.
My recent work sits at the intersection of learning operations and AI: building Canvas LMS programmes, rolling out AI tools, and designing AI-assisted production workflows. Alongside this, I consult on instructional design for international organisations, including WIPO Academy.
I'm Australian, based in Italy, working fully remote with teams across time zones.
