A few questions answered

Full-time roles in instructional design, or roles where the work sits at the intersection of learning tools and AI-assisted production. On the consulting side, I take on shorter projects in instructional design, course production, or AI workflow design — especially where someone needs an experienced pair of hands to ship a body of work.

Yes. I've delivered consulting work alongside my full-time role and I'm open to similar projects where the scope, timeline, and outputs are clearly defined. The best fit is usually around six to twelve weeks, but I'm happy to discuss shorter or longer projects if the scope is clear.

I'm based in Central European time and work well in async-first teams, where key decisions and updates are captured in writing. I have full overlap with the UK and EMEA, comfortable overlap with US East Coast mornings, and partial overlap with Asia-Pacific depending on the location. I'm used to working with multidisciplinary teams across time zones — including projects across Europe, the UK, and Australia.

A link to the job description or project scope is usually the most useful starting point, along with anything you can share about timeline, team setup, and salary or budget range. The more specific the first message, the more useful my first reply can be.

For consulting projects, I can often pick up well-scoped work within a few weeks, depending on the project size and timing. For full-time roles, I'd need to give my current employer a standard notice period, so realistic start dates are around three weeks from offer.
